I was an admin on swjka years ago, for a long time and I was an admin more recently on Russian Public but it was a bad time to apply because I had to go inactive for exams + I also traveled the world for a long vacation but now I am back for good. I can now spend much more time online, so this is a good time for me to re-apply; Also I really enjoyed being admin before.
