Before i start my complaint i'm sorry if i'm not posting this in the right topic and i'm not sure if the subject in question is an admin.But with This out of the way let's start:

3) Through out the video, that will be linked down bellow, you will be able to see everyone that was online during the incident. (At second 19)

Creative is not an Administrator.
If he's making you uncomfortable use of force, just ask him not to do it when playing with you.
If he doesn't react to it, talk to one of the Administrators. Remember that when your saber on - it's not laming.
