The second one is the only script, the others are some helpful files for JA players. The first one is considered a cheat on some servers, so dont come crying if you got banned. It allows you to use cvars that are cheat protected, like cg_thirdpersonrange or a sensitivity that is higher than the maximum allowed. This is of course purely for entertainment.
The second one is a tool that can switch JKA versions for you. It contains two .bat files that will copy files from the 100 and 101 folder into your game folder so to switch the versions.
The last one is the JKA source code for anyone who would like to take a look at how the game works, or mod it.
